Callback Results

First off, we would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who tried out. We heard a lot of talent tonight, and a lot of potential. Yet we thought some of that potential was more realized, more trained, and worked better with our group's style.

That being said, here are the people we would like to hear tomorrow:

Nick Klauda
Chris Kiser
Ryan Howell
Ryan McGuire
Hans Hermann
Colin Pope
Jake Wolf

Matt Machi

To all who were not on this list, please keep singing and try out again this upcoming Fall!

Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-Madison MadHatters website! The MadHatters are an internationally touring mens a cappella group based out of Madison, WI. Singing the tunes both past and present, their 16 vocalists and vocal percussionist will make you dance in your seat and hit repeat over and over again. If you like Wisconsin, red jackets and Y-chromosomes, then you are going to love the UW MadHatters!

Thanks so much to everyone who came to our fall concert series! With over 2,600 people in attendance over the two nights, it was one of the largest concert series in 'Hatter history. We hoped you enjoyed it as much as we did. Thanks for supporting us and we look forward to seeing you next semester!

Auditions THIS TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY!

It's that time of year again! [More]

The MadHatters visit the White House!

Last week, December 7, 2011, the MadHatters were proud to be invited to sing at a White House holiday party for guests of the President & First Lady. Welcoming guests as they came in, they sang some of their holiday songs from their 2010 release Cheer On Tap. After an hour of performing, they met the president, hugged the first lady, took a picture together, and sang a minute of "White Christmas" for them. It was truly an amazing day, all starting with a visit with Rep. Tammy Baldwin and a tour of the Capitol from her staff. Thanks to all who made this trip possible, and all who have supported the MadHatters throughout their 15-year history.
